Description
A "pretty as a picture" orange fills the frame, with an apple in a bowl in the background. Fruit has been a popular subject for still life paintings for centuries, and has proven just as loved with the advent of photography. I took over a hundred photographs of fruit on my kitchen table, and this is one of only two that are good enough to share as photos. I still intend to paint this, as well.
