Description
Although I have never seen them in person, I have long been fascinated by photographs, drawings, and paintings of the aurora borealis, or northern lights. The colors call out for an Impressionist interpretation, and for that I returned to my first art love, dry pastels. I call this a drawing instead of a painting because the surface shows on one corner.
